All Diamonds are shipped in our beautiful bespoke packaging.

We accept the following payment methods for UK orders:

• All major credit and debit cards.
  Additional ID will be required to ship to an alternative address. Please call us on 0333 600 5040 for further details.
• Bankers Draft
• Personal Cheque
• Building Society Cheque
• Postal Order
• Cash, in person.
  We do not recommend sending cash in the post, but if it is your only option, you can by Royal Mail Special Delivery, please make sure it is fully insured.
• BACS Transfer (takes around 3 days to clear)
• CHAPS Transfer (clears the same day as funds are transfered)

We ship within the UK using the following methods:

• By Post - Once your item has been made (usually 7-14 working days) it will be delivered free of charge by Royal Mail (Insured) Special Delivery, is trackable, guaranteed NEXT DAY before 1pm and requires a signature upon delivery.
• In person - you can arrange to collect your diamond from our office in Milton Keynes or Hatton Garden, London.

We accept the following payment methods for International orders:

• Bank/Wire Transfer in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR) or Pounds Sterling (GBP).
• All major credit and debit cards (excluding those countries listed below).
  Additional ID will be required to ship to an alternative address. Please call us on 0333 600 5040 for further details.

We ship Internationally using the following method:

• Royal Mail International Signed for - Free of Charge. If you require your item urgently, we can arrange to send via Federal Express for an additional charge. Please call us for further details

PLEASE TAKE NOTE, due to the volume of fraudsters of high value items:

• Under no circumstances do we accept payment by any other method
• Orders are ON HOLD until we have received cleared funds.
• We no longer accept credit card orders from the following countries:
  Indonesia, Ukraine, Yugoslavia, Lithuania, Egypt, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Morocco, Vietnam, Russia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Nigeria, Israel, Iran, Cameroon, Gambia and Ghana, sorry!
